Working with the Sales IT group of the organization on the following projects:Sales Credit enrichment Project - Sales IT (12/04 - 05/05) Sales Credit Assignment tool is a critical sub- process within the commission's process. SCA determines ownership and level of compensation for each order transaction entered through order entry or channels process. A Large percentage of transactions fail automation globally due to incorrect or missing customer reference data. This results in the Sales Force spending significant amounts of their time claiming transactions for sales credits, which takes them away from their primary Selling role.
