Vice President –Project Manager/Relationship Manager, Citi Analytics Data Warehouse
•Managed vendor relationship with Application Service Provider (SAS), for Card Analytic Data Warehouse overseeing SAS development, operational and infrastructure support for 40 terabyte analytical platform utilized by 50+ business users.
•Provided project management support for change requests submitted to ASP, formulation of project plans, definition of project tasks, weekly status meetings, assignment of work priorities and oversight of resource utilization. Provided senior management with key metrics on project status, budget allocation versus expenses and project work estimates versus actuals.
•Managed 8MM+ vendor services budget process working with Finance and ASP to assure yearly expenses were properly controlled and capped. Final 2006 budget was delivered $140K under plan. 2007 budget to date tracking $35K under plan.
•Provided support for all compliance related efforts with ASP inclusive of yearly information security assessment, continuity of business processes, quarterly review of risk assessment and documentation of all mandated procedures.
•Managed vendor relationship with internal Citi IT organization who supplies input data sources to our data warehouse platform. Coordinated standardization of work requests, service level agreements, problem escalation/reporting and communications.
•Managed weekly status meetings with Capital Markets business team to track work efforts, report on key issues, prioritize key business initiatives and identify/resolve data and performance issues. Collaborated with business users to understand long-term strategy and execute upon their business goals.
Project Highlights
-Project manager for effort to deliver new authorization data source into the Citi Analytics data warehouse. Six years of historical data was added to data warehouse providing business users with time stamp information and ability to match associated settlement transactions. Managed project plan, weekly status reports, problem escalation and resolution and a budget of $700K. Project was successfully completed on time and to specification.
-Project Manager representing Citi Analytics business needs on forklift of card source data system to a new platform. Coordinated creation of test strategy, test plans, execution of relevant test scripts, review of test results and final sign-off on results. Interfaced with central project management team. Project was delivered on time and with no defects.

•Managed Information Access support technology area of JPMC Retail Data Warehouse with data on 30+ million customers and several business specific data marts. 30+terabyte data warehouse was accessed by 700+ users across six sites. Ensured success of strategic infrastructure projects, Business Intelligence tool support, Intranet Web support and Adhoc MIS requests via leadership of 2 managers and 15 technologists. JPMC Data Warehouse was recognized by Gartner Group as World Class.
•Project manager supporting end-user Business Intelligence solutions through the use of Business Objects, SAS, Eureka, E-Miner, Actuate, Cognos and Websphere tools. Project Highlights
-Core member of JPMC/BankOne Data Warehouse Merger Team responsible for merger analysis of data warehouse suite, including application suite analysis, functional gap analysis and due diligence for database benchmark testing.
-Project Manager for implementation of technology refresh of JPMC Retail Data Warehouse. Upgraded database, operating system, ETL/BI software, tape library and storage. •Project Manager for implementation of business specific data marts for Fraud, Collections, and Decision Science. Coordinated requirements definition, technical specifications, design and facilitation of testing phases and post implementation reviews.
•Coordinated the technical design and rewrite of Collections warehouse application. Execution times were decreased by 70% and the process was streamlined with less complexity and various checks and balances for improved quality control.
