| Focus was on Information Systems and how it relates to thye Information Sciences discipline. All courses were geared toward achieving an in dept understanding of the interactions with these 2 discipines. My doctoral dissertation was "Parallelizing Object Oriented Queries with Networked PCs". The idea was to use ACCESS queries and convert them into Object Oriented queries and execute on a set of network PCs. This required allocating the data using data modeling techniques for parallel processing in ACCESS on PCs. |
