Project Performance Corporation (PPC) has developed PT Tracker, an advanced enterprise web usage-tracking tool designed specifically for Plumtree. PT Tracker tracks and analyzes a variety of activities at a click-by-click level of detail, including taxonomy browsing, community visits, keyword searches, portlet execution and document reads. The tool empowers portal administrators, knowledge managers, and business analysts to get important feedback on the portal’s actual performance, instead of relying on human responses such as questionnaires. It takes only about a week to deploy. It has been developed for logfiles generated by IIS Server for Plumtree V4.5/V5.0 and both Oracle /Sql Server databases. PT Tracker has been implemented for clients General Electric, IHSSolutions, Solectron, American Standard, KSA, ALA Tracking and DFAS.

Tietronix Software has developed a Wireless multithreaded Mobile Technology Application that allows a user to monitor his/her weight during an exercise program displayed as a graph on Pocket PC platform. The weighing machine (transmitter) will send valid real time data, the user’s current weight. PDA/PC (receiver) will capture the data and display a graph with the patient’s progress.

Implement MVC (Model View Controller) architecture used for the design and development of application, synchronous data transfer between transmitter and receiver using TCP Connection,
Multithreading used to facilitate synchronous read and write of shared memory using Mutex Class, message queue implemented for communication between Graph Module and Receiver module, singleton design pattern used for shared memory object and configuration wrapper object, valid data packets were received and displayed in a graph, Invalid packets received are logged and discarded, log file is maintained for the application whose contents include the timestamp, weight and reason for discarding the packet, automatic refresh of Graph to display the new data point that is captured for the logged user, dynamic scaling of graph within the range of the maximum and minimum value of the captured weight.

The project, TRICARE ENCOUNTER DATA (TED), is for the U.S Military Health Care Services. It basically deals with the health Insurance for the families of the military personnel. The federal govt. wanted to revamp the system, which was currently in Mainframes and move into a new system with major changes in business requirements. We did a one month high end consulting for them and came out with a solution that would best suit their new requirements and new environment. The team comprised of 3 consultants.

• Understand existing Purchased Care System functionality.
• Consolidate the high-level requirements of the proposed Tricare Encounter Data program.

Kellogg, Japan has initiated the Kellogg Performance Activity Tracking System (K-PAT System) project with a view to collect the data in Stores, Headquarters and Wholesalers in a computerized environment using M-Commerce. It was to aid the salespersons and Merchandisers the capability to collect data in a convenient way and analyze the market trends instantly.
Role: Implementation Site Leader
Was involved in the entire project from conceptualization to implementation of K-PAT System. Designed synchronized data transfer through pay phones/mobile phones/modems to the Central Server using Active Sync. Multiple synchronizations using xtndconnect software. Facilitate data analysis with the help of static and ad-hoc reports. The reports were published to IIS. , Project planning, task allocation and progress review, Customer status reporting were the part of the standard job.

Kellogg had initiated Enterprise Global Application Decision Support Suite (EGADSS) project with a view to build an Enterprise Data Warehouse storing information on various subject areas to enable them to perform cross-functional, cross-geography decision making and analysis and provide multiple perspectives of the information in the data warehouse. Integrated Business Planning (IBP-1) application had the objectives to aid the Kellogg’s Operations team in tactical and strategic decisions based on the absolute and relative performance of their Production, Shipments and Inventory functions, to provide multiple perspectives of the information in the data warehouse.
Role: Implementation Site Leader
design multi dimensional database, prepare unit test plans and low level design documents,
generate ad-hoc and standard production reports via RAM mappings by fetching the data from the hybrid
architecture made up of the Oracle Express MDDB server and the Oracle 8 Relational data warehouse,
wrote SQL scripts and UNIX scripts, prepared the audit trail tracking functionality, delivery of Integrated
Business Planning (IBP) into acceptance/ production.
