A Re-Insurance company in the process of building up a Information Management System which can re-structure and organize certain Business initiatives like Operational Information, EIS, BU-Management Information, Solution Architecture etc. Having a successful track record of 10 years in providing BI Solutions. The IM-OI initiative has been outsourced to Accenture.

- Responsible for Managing the Operational Information Initiative. Provided a Business solution for structuring/maintaining Operational Data from Transactional systems.
- Structured an Onsite-Offshore cost-effective model for Solution Delivery, by evaluating Clients IT operations in the years ahead.
- With right process methodologies in place, ensured proper planning for all phases of the project and their respective Iterations. Managed all phases of the Project lifecycle till Deployment.

A large financial firm had outsourced its Data Management activities to achieve significant savings in operating costs and to improve organizational productivity. The key purposes were to drive cost reduction, and to improve one time project delivery by one sigma. At the core of the Data Warehousing environment is a very complex ETL framework consisting of Tool Based ETL streams as well as custom developed scripts.

I was managing initiatives of the two major projects of the engagement (A 150 member team), one was the enhancement and maintenance of the existing data management system and the other was integrating the different warehouses of Consumer related data into a Consumer Data Customer Insight (CDCI) portal. Performed varied roles across a time span of more than a year and half.

- Assessed, planned and lead several key initiatives with onshore-offshore components costing Approximately 4-5 MN Dollars.
- Resource staffing and Accounting for the related Verticals that have been led by.

A Structured Services firm has outsourced its data integration, data processing and data cleansing part of different business unit data coming in form of feed files from multiple mainframe systems. These feed files from the various business units of the company were to be processed, integrated and stored in a EDW which has information about the Organization, Customer, Supplier, Inventory etc.

- Provided a business solution of integrating feeds from various business units and store data in an EDW.
- Conducted workshops and JAD sessions during requirement gathering and analysis of the various subject areas across different business units.
