Engagement Manager for iWon.com, Sun Microsystems, $3 million technical process improvement effort for a 16-21 million hit per day B2C Internet portal company. Managed team of 25 direct resources, matrix management of over 150 client and vendor resources to meet firm deadlines. Manage business and technical objectives. Technology included Sun servers (4x, E10k), EMC, Cisco, Oracle, Vignette, Java, HTML and C++.

Senior Project Manager at Merrill Lynch for a $25 million, 200 resource, Internet development project. Managed network, infrastructure, facilities, security, application development, vendor, consultants and liaison to business groups. Mentored other business units supporting e-commerce initiatives - business analysis, JAD, RAD and management.
