Meet individual sales goals.
Elicit the client requirements with complete details to maximize the chance of success.
Work with inhouse recruiters to relay client requirements, certify qualified candidates and present them to the clients.
Multi-task on handling existing business and developing new business.
Work with the recruiters to set up client interviews.
Follow up with the clients to check on progress or identify any issues.
