The Enterprise Systems Support Department is looking for an individual to help in operational and strategic support of our Peoplesoft CRM8 application. A minimum of 3 years experience in Peoplesoft development is required. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that bug fixes and application enhancements are designed, coded and tested according to the specifications developed through collaboration with the system’s business partners. The individual should have strong problem solving skills and apply them in everyday activities. The applicant should be team oriented and must follow corporate standards around the System Life Cycle methodology as well as internal PeopleSoft coding standards. The incumbent should have the following skills: - Peoplesoft CRM 8.8 Call Center (Help Desk, Support) - Application Designer using PeopleTools 8.44 or greater: PeopleCode, Application Engine, Data Mover, Integration Broker/Application Messaging, Component Interface - Configuration: PS Query, Workflow, Security, Correspondence Templates, Process Scheduler, Portal - Project Migrations and applying application bundles/patches - Knowledge of UNIX and Oracle (9i preferred), SQL and PL/SQL. - Java - Good communication skills and ability to write detailed design documents and test cases. - Cost and Effort Estimation |
