Industry Expertise in Health Insurance (Payor) Industry. Prefer deep, management level experience with a major Health Insurance provider, PPO and/or HMO, such as Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and/or Aetna.
Require expert level familiarity with payor data and how this data can help direct management decisions and help manage key business decisions.
Experience using enterprise data to track, analyze, trend and report metrics and drivers for key business decisions. Datawarehouse experience a plus.

Revenue Codes
Medical Cost Trend Analysis
Service Codes
Adjusted claims
Service Measures including Length of Stay and Average Length of Stay
Pharmacy claims
Disease Management
