PL-SQL / Business Objects Programmer Analyst
Project Description
Primary duties of this position include the development, testing and implementation of software functionality (Oracle, PL/SQL) for data warehouse applications. Duties include requirements gathering, data analysis functions and maintaining data integrity. Additional duties include the development, testing and implementation of Business Objects universes to facilitate end-user reporting of data warehouse data, in addition to creating reports per end-user requirements, creation of dashboards for performance measurement, and support of current business objects universes.
Technical Experience/Skills Required
10+ years of application development experience, including experience
10+ with Business Objects Reporter and Designer, Oracle 9i, PL/SQL,
10+ UNIX, shell scripting, Data Warehouse experience, Business Objects
10+ Designer and Dashboard Design using Application Foundation
Non-Technical Skills Required
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); ability to organize multiple assignments simultaneously. Team player. Strong project management skills to support user requirements gathering and implementation.
Technical Experience/Skills Preferred
Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse development, Business Objects 6
